I'LL BE HONEST WITH YOU:
Getting to this point wasn’t easy.
When I first started out as an entrepreneur (I was a personal finance blogger), I worked nights and weekends on my blog after my soul-sucking full-time job. I had some early successes that allowed me to quit my day job and go full-time in my business.
After quickly burning out trying to do ALL. THE. THINGS, I started prioritizing better and only spending my time and energy on tasks that were profitable.
I became a master time blocker and was able to grow my income while working far fewer hours. I stopped checking in on business on the weekends and was able to enjoy my life more.
✨Fast-forward a few years✨: We moved across the country to our dream location, bought a house, and I sold my blog for close to six-figures (!!!) to become a life coach. It was all quite peachy...
But then...
My husband became unable to work due to a severe chronic illness.
Suddenly, I found myself growing my brand new coaching business, managing our household, and becoming my husband's full-time caregiver.
All of my previous beautiful work-life balance went out the window.
Stress. Overwhelm. Exhaustion.
